Tax Rates
Residential: $11.49
Commercial, Industrial: $25.54
Personal Property: $25.54
The fiscal year is July 1st to June 30th. We are now quarterly. The tax bills are mailed on July 1st, October 1st, January 1st , and April 1st. Dates change with Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. Bills are due one month from mailing date. Demands go out in June if all received payments have been entered.
